In order to continue with a Cake Craft Group account, we have a minimum threshold of £150 per order or £5,000 annually.

If you aren’t able to meet that spend, it’s not goodbye! At that point, our customer service team will talk to you about moving to an account with our sister company, Cake Stuff. If you know before joining us that this threshold won’t be achievable for your business right away, please ask our customer service team for information on Cake Stuff from the start.

You can pay by card at checkout or we offer 30/60 day accounts - please discuss with your allocated sales manager if an account is required. Please, note this will be subject to checks.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse with Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders over £150 (Ex. Vat). Please note that larger orders take up to 5 working days. As we are a wholesale supplier, any orders under £150 will incur a small basket charge of £20.

As per our returns page, only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return.

We only accept returns for damaged and faulty items.

Get in touch as soon as you discover the damaged or faulty item - ideally, this will be upon delivery, but as per distance selling regulations, you have 28 days to contact us.

Items should be returned in original condition, in their original packaging. We will contact to organise delivery/collection.

Yes, you may choose to have a replacement item sent out or we will be happy to refund the cost of the item.

Please note: If the item being returned was purchased as part of an offer or multibuy deal, the amount you will receive will be equal to the percentage of the price paid. For example, if you purchase a £3 item as part of a 4 for £10 deal, you will be refunded £2.50.

Our customers are split into four different tier groups based on annual spend. Those tiers are as follows:

Tier 1 = £5000+
Tier 2 = £12,000+
Tier 3 = £24,000+
Tier 4 = £100,000+
