Egg-free formulation, suitable for egg-free applications.
Gluten-free and contains no hydrogenated fats.
Ready in a cold-process preparation, no cooking required.
Produces a soft, glossy custard-cream with a rich vanilla flavour - can be adapted with flavouring pastes (e.g., pistachio, lemon, hazelnut) for custom variations.
Can be used in tarts, tartlets, baked goods, and is freezer-stable.
You can also add the prepared cream to Italian meringue, melted chocolate, cream, and vegetable creams.
Once opened, Creamix retains its characteristics until the expiration date indicated on the label, ensuring freshness and quality.

Usage Instructions:

Mix 100g of Creamix with 330g of warm milk (or water, though milk is recommended for a richer flavour).
Hydrate with a whisk for a few minutes, then blend with an immersion blender (or stand mixer) for 10 minutes until smooth and silky.
Cool and rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before use.

Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders over £150 (Ex. Vat), orders below this will be subject to a small order charge of £20.00 (Inc.Vat).
