This food grade plastic smoother is ideal for getting any lumps and bumps out of your sugarpaste after covering your cake, providing an easy way to get a perfectly smooth cake.

The advantage of having a straight edge smoother over others is that you can smooth the bottom tiers and sides of your cakes with absolute ease, saving you loads of time.

The smoother comes with a convenient handle making it more ergonomic and easy to use than other smoothers available.
