PME pearls can be used for a wide range of products from the smallest cupcake to the most luxurious wedding cake. They can be added to cookies, chocolates, ice cream, meringue or any baked treat that you want to add decoration to.

They can be used to decorate buttercream swirls on the top of cupcakes for that added touch of class.

The pearls can be used to make gorgeous borders for wedding and celebration cakes. With the help of royal icing or a little edible glue, you can create pearl borders that are the picture of elegance. They are also great for topping off pearl embellishments and edible brooch decorations or adding to swags and drops to make your cake extra special.

Not only do they look great however, they also taste great. The pearls have a sweet sugar taste that is both delicious but not overpowering so you can be sure that the taste of your baked treats won’t be affected.

The pearls can also be worked in as part of fabric designs and edible lacework to be placed around cakes and models.

The pearls come in a resealable, screw top, plastic tub so you can keep them fresh if you don’t need to use them all for the same cake project and want to use some at a later date. Once empty the tub is also great for storing other sprinkles you may have.
