Details
  • Marshmallow Flavoured Sugarpaste.
  • Great choice for covering cakes any shape or size.
  • Sugarpaste is flexible, easy to roll out, requires little kneading and doesn't crack.
  • Excellent workability before setting.
  • If used with CMC, the sugarpaste will dry firmer, making it a good choice for moulding too.
  • Dries softer than other brands, making it great for cupcakes.
  • If you would like this to dry firmer, or you want to use this in moulds, add 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 5ml) of CMC or gum tragacanth to every 500g of sugarpaste you're using. Mix this through thoroughly, and it will dry firmer, and also a little quicker too.
