  • This gingerbread baking mix lets you create a spicy gingerbread cookie dough with a delicious ginger flavour. These cookies bake flat and hold their shape when baking, letting you create perfectly shaped gingerbread men and gingerbread houses ready for decoration.
  • Perfect for any Christmas baking sesh!
  • Halal Certified, Suitable for Vegetarians.

You need:

  • 500g mix
  • 1 egg
  • 60g butter
  • 60ml water

Instructions:

  • Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
  • Put the mix, eggs, butt and water in a bowl.
  • Put a flat beater on your mixer and mix the dough for 5 minutes on low speed.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and set for an hour in the fridge.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (fan 160C).
  • Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm and cut out the desired shapes.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven for approximately 12 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool down on the baking sheet.
  • Decorate as desired!
