Perfect Bake Gel is a mixture of various emulsifiers in the form of a colourless gel, which works to assist the mixture and diffusion of air molecules in your recipes, resulting in beautiful-looking cakes with high volume, increased softness, and amazing consistency.
By simply adding some Perfect Bake Gel to your recipe, you'll see:
Perfect Bake Gel can be used in so many bakes - sponge cakes, cupcakes, muffins, scones, brownies and so much more. Simply add to your existing recipe at a rate of 0.5%-1.5% of the total weight of your ingredients. For example, if there are 10kg worth of ingredients in your usual recipe, add 50g-150g of Perfect Bake Gel.

Water, Monopropylene Glycol (E1520), Potassium Stearate (E470a) Monodiglyceride (E471), Polyglycerol Esters (E475).

International Orders
Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) will receive a shipping quote and the order will be dispatched once the shipping cost has been paid. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order and the delivery country. Delivery cost DOES NOT include import charges, customs fees or duty.
PLEASE NOTE: The minimum order value for international deliveries is £150 (ex. VAT). If the order is below this amount, no shipping options will be available at checkout.
