The UK's first natural modelling chocolate!

In collaboration with Beau Products, Laura Dodimead of Life In Sugar, comes The Chocolate Bar.

Unlike most modelling chocolates, The Chocolate Bar does not contain candy melts or any other artificial products as it is simply chocolate.

With the naturally occurring oils, and finished product blended to perfection, it means the heat from your hands helps the chocolate to become sticky - no need for glue or any other adhesive to help model even the most tricky cake decorations.

Like a real chocolate bar, it's shaped in sections for ease of use. Especially handy for beginner cake artists who struggle to get proportions right. Also means no wastage!

Available in 11 different colours, including: Black, Blue, White, Green, Red, Yellow, Orange, Porcelain, Natural, and also Milk and Dark.

Each bar contains 120g of chocolate.

Good To Know:

  1. Do not place in the microwave as this will melt the chocolate. A bit of elbow grease will get it going.
  2. If your modelling chocolate becomes sweaty at any point, set it down and allow to cool.
  3. Use coloured cocoa butter to paint your chocolate. Alternatively, it can also be airbrushed using ethanol-based airbrush paints.
  4. Modelling chocolate can be mixed with other mediums such as modelling paste or sugarpaste.
  5. Can be coloured using any good quality food colouring dust. For brighter colours, we recommend bringing it back to a pure white with white food dust first.

Each bar also comes with an information sheet for you to utilise and help you along in your chocolate journey with hints and tips on how to use it.

Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders over £150 (Ex. Vat), orders below this will be subject to a small order charge of £20.00 (Inc.Vat). 

International Orders:

Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders over £150 (Ex. Vat), orders below this will be subject to a small order charge of £20.00 (Inc.Vat). 

Please note: This only applies to orders up to a certain size, large orders may take up to 5 days to be dispatched. 

International Orders

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) will receive a shipping quote and the order will be dispatched once the shipping cost has been paid. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order and the delivery country. Delivery cost DOES NOT include import charges, customs fees or duty.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum order value for international deliveries is £150 (ex. VAT). If the order is below this amount, no shipping options will be available at checkout.

Delivery time varies per country and the delivery services available. 

Returns

We only accept returns for damaged and faulty items. Please contact your account manager who will organise a refund or replacement.
